The 2023 Annual Business Training for Grassroots Legal Service Workers in Dandong City was held at Tianhao Hot Spring Health and Wellness Center in Wulongbei

In order to further improve the self-construction and professional level of the city's grassroots legal service workers, according to the articles of association of the city's association and the annual work plan arrangements, upon the research and decision of the Dandong City Grassroots Legal Service Workers Association and with the approval of the Dandong City Bureau of Justice, a business training class for grassroots legal service workers in Dandong City was held on October 14, 2023 at Tianhao Hot Spring Health and Wellness Center in Wulongbei.

The training class was presided over by Cai Lishan, the president of the city's association. The leaders who participated in this training included: Wang Wei, the president of the Liaoning Province Grassroots Legal Service Workers Association; Sun Lijun, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Dandong City Bureau of Justice; Guo Liansong, the supervisor of the Supervisory Committee of the Liaoning Province Grassroots Legal Service Workers Association; Zou Yufeng, the chief of the Lawyer Management Section of the Dandong City Bureau of Justice; and all the grassroots legal service workers registered in 2023 in the city. During the training, various forms of training were adopted.

Cai Lishan, the president of the city's association, made a training summary: He made work arrangements for "strengthening team building, improving the overall quality, perfecting management, improving various systems, strengthening self-construction, and improving professional ability and level".
